Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before proceeding with our refund and cancellation policies, we need to inform you that we are a travel solutions provider. However, we would like to emphasize on the fact that we are not the sole decision maker in the matter of flight ticket cancellations and refunds. Our cancellation and refund policies are subject to the airline's policies, and we will abide by them.

The following are our refund and cancellation policies that we and every traveler must follow:

  • We mainly offer non-refundable flight tickets with various airlines on our website. However, some airlines offer refundable tickets as per their policies, and passengers can claim a refund against any cancellation, if applicable.
  • Passengers must place a flight cancellation request within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund, if applicable.
  • We must also ensure you that we do not provide any guarantee or warrant on flight booking cancellations and refunds.
  • The credit amount given to them can be used for travel purposes in future.
  • Even in that case, if one redeems the credit, it is important to pay the penalty for the fare difference and the booking amount.
  • We are a primary flight-booking platform and make no other representations as to what we charge.
  • If a passenger has not boarded the flight and has not informed our agents about the flight cancellation, they can avail a Travel Protection Refund within ten days of purchase.
  • Cancellation and refund assurance is provided by the specific airline and we will not be held responsible
  • In some cases, airlines approve refund requests for passengers with 'no show' reservations and they receive their refund either in their bank accounts or as airline credit.
  • As a travel company we do not claim or guarantee any time frame for accepting cancellation and refund requests from travellers. We look at each cancellation and refund request systematically and send it to the respective airlines for approval to process the refund.
  • We will inform passengers via an email that we accept their cancellation request once it is placed through any channel with reference to future correspondence.
  • This does not assure passengers that they will get refunds on an immediate basis.
  • In all cancellation procedures, we are not liable to refund the service charges. Service charge is the amount that is charged from the traveler at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely the airline's decision to process a refund. Generally, 60-90 days are required to complete the process from the date the cancellation request is raised.
  • Immediately after the cancellation request is accepted, the amount is credited to your bank account. However, some airlines offer refunds in the form of airline credits for future travel.
  • If the airline finds that the refund request is invalid as per the policies then it may impose a penalty. Apart from this, service fee will also be charged from the passengers. And, the fee will vary depending on the type of ticket and number of passengers.
  • If a passenger's cancellation and refund request is not accepted by the airline, we try our best to refund them the service charges charged during the ticket booking. However, we deduct the booking fee charged at the time of flight booking from the passenger's refund amount.
